AGEING IN PLACE
Stay in the home that you love
Getting older doesn't mean giving up independence. Sometimes all it takes is a grab rail in the right place, a ramp at the front door, or a shower that's easier to get in and out of and suddenly day-to-day life feels a whole lot easier.
We work with older Wairarapa residents and their families to make thoughtful, practical changes to their homes. Nothing is too small, and we're happy to start with just a conversation.
CLIENTS REVIEW
Wonderful to have our own builder in Featherston! Angus is prompt, friendly and fast and no job is too small. It is reassuring to know one can ring for help with the little adjustments (extra handrails; new steps, lowering shelves and cloak racks) that make life for the elderly more convenient. Angus is full of practical suggestions and is able to look at things from a creative perspective. It gives the concepts of ageing-in-place and sheltering-in-place a whole new meaning. Angus has done many jobs for us over the years and will hopefully do many more!

THE BUILDER
Why People Trust Angus With Their Homes
Angus has worked on everything from 1890s villa restorations to French Alps renovations, farm cottages to new builds. He brings the same care and attention to a grab rail as he does to a full renovation.
Before building, Angus studied psychology which shapes the way he works with people just as much as the way he builds. He understands that having someone in your home can feel unsettling, and he genuinely cares about making the experience comfortable.
He'll talk you through everything clearly, work tidily, and make sure you're happy with the result.
